# Tutto AI — Privacy Policy

## 1. Who We Are

## 2. The Short Version
**We have no account system, no server storing your content, no ads, no
analytics, and no tracking. We sell nothing, ever.**
Your conversations, profile and memory are stored only on your device.
Tutto AI cannot answer you, however, without sending what you ask to an AI model
that runs in the cloud. **The App asks your permission before this happens, and
you can withdraw that permission at any time in Settings.** Section 5 explains
exactly what is sent and to whom.

## 3. Information We Collect
### Information we never receive
We operate no server that stores your content. We cannot see, retrieve or share
your conversations. We do not collect:
- Analytics or behavioural tracking data
- Advertising identifiers
- Crash or diagnostic data
- Device location from location services
- Your email address or phone number
- Any data for advertising, profiling or sale
### Information stored only on your device
Held locally on your iPhone or iPad, never transmitted to us:
- Your chat history and cross-session memory
- Your "About Me" profile (whatever you choose to enter)
- Your translation history
- Your saved and starred messages
- Your prompt library and custom prompts
- Your preferences (tone, language, notification settings)
- Your usage streak and daily message count
Deleting the App permanently deletes all of it.
### Information sent to AI providers so the App can work
The following leaves your device, only after you have agreed, and only to the
companies named in Section 5:
- The text of your messages
- Any photo, image or PDF you choose to attach
- Your profile (name, profession, use cases, any context you add) and a summary
of past conversations — **only if you have entered a profile or enabled

## 4. How We Use Information
- Data you enter is processed locally on your device to provide App features
- Your messages and attachments are sent to Anthropic solely to generate the
answer you asked for
- If you use spoken replies, the answer text is sent to a text-to-speech
provider — ElevenLabs, Deepgram, or Microsoft Azure, whichever is available —
solely to produce audio
- Subscription purchases are processed by Apple and managed by RevenueCat
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond
providing the App's features.

## 5. Third-Party Services
### Anthropic PBC — generating AI answers
**What is sent:** your message text; the content of any image or PDF you attach;
and your profile and conversation summaries if you have provided them.
**How:** over an encrypted HTTPS connection, relayed through a Cloudflare Worker
we operate. That relay exists solely to keep our API credentials off your device.
It does not log, store or retain your messages.
**How they use it:** to generate your response. Under Anthropic's commercial
terms, data submitted through their API is **not used to train their AI models**.
Anthropic retains API inputs and outputs for a limited period for safety and
abuse monitoring, then deletes them.

### Text-to-speech providers — spoken replies
Tutto AI uses one of three text-to-speech providers to generate spoken replies,
depending on which is available at the time: **ElevenLabs Inc.**, **Deepgram**,
or **Microsoft Azure**.
**What is sent:** only the text of the answer about to be read aloud. **Your
voice is never sent to any of them**, and neither are your messages.
**When:** only when you use the Voice tab or ask for a reply to be spoken.
**How they use it:** to convert that text to audio and return it. It is not used
to train their models.

### Apple — speech recognition
When you speak to the App, iOS converts your speech to text. Depending on your
device, language and settings, Apple may process that audio on the device or on
Apple's servers. This is handled by iOS, not by us — we receive only the
resulting text, which is then treated exactly like a typed message.

### RevenueCat — subscription management
RevenueCat tells the App whether your subscription is active. It involves an
anonymous identifier generated for your installation and the purchase receipt
Apple issues. Your name, email and payment details are handled by Apple and are
never seen by us or by RevenueCat. This data is never joined to your profile.

### Equivalent protection
We only use providers whose terms commit them to protecting your data to a
standard equal to the one described in this policy, including not using it to
train AI models and not selling it.

## 6. AI Disclaimer
Tutto AI is powered by Claude AI by Anthropic. AI responses are generated
automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies or outdated information.
**Do not rely on Tutto AI for:**
- Legal advice or contract interpretation
- Medical diagnosis or health decisions
- Financial or investment decisions
- Safety-critical information of any kind
Always verify important information from qualified professionals and
authoritative sources. Tutto AI is a productivity tool — not a substitute for
professional expertise.

## 7. Data Security
Data on your device is stored using AsyncStorage and protected by your device's
built-in security (passcode, Face ID, device encryption). We have no access to
it and cannot retrieve, view or share it.
Data in transit to the providers in Section 5 is encrypted using HTTPS.

## 8. Children's Privacy
Tutto AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect
information from them. The App is designed for adult productivity use.

## 9. Your Rights and Choices
- **Withdraw consent for AI processing** — Settings → AI processing. AI features
stop immediately and nothing further is sent.
- **Turn off Memory** — stops your profile and past-conversation summaries being
included in requests.
- **Delete your data** — delete conversations individually in the App, or remove
everything by deleting the App.
### GDPR (EU/EEA users)
Because we store no personal data on our servers, most rights apply directly to
data on your own device, which you control entirely:
- **Access** — your data is on your device and viewable at any time
- **Deletion** — clear it in Settings, or delete the App
- **Portability** — your data is local and directly accessible to you
- **Object / restrict** — withdraw AI consent or disable Memory in Settings
For data held by Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, Microsoft Azure, RevenueCat or
Apple, please refer to their policies and contact them directly.

## 10. Data Retention
We retain no personal data. Data on your device is kept until you delete it or
uninstall the App. Data sent to providers is governed by their retention
periods, described in Section 5.

## 11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be reflected in the "Last
updated" date. **If a change affects what is sent or to whom, the App will ask
for your consent again before it takes effect.**
