# Tutto AI — Terms of Service

downloading or using the application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tutto AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms
of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do
not use the App.

## 2. Description of Service
Tutto AI is an AI-powered productivity application that provides:
- AI chat powered by Claude (Anthropic)
- Text translation across 12+ languages
- Voice conversations with speech-to-text and text-to-speech
- Text and PDF summarization
- Image analysis via AI vision
- A prompt library and saved responses
- Cross-session AI memory and personalisation

## 3. AI Processing and Your Consent
Tutto AI's features require sending part of what you enter to AI services
operated by other companies. **The App asks for your permission before anything
is sent, and you may withdraw that permission at any time in Settings.**
If you decline, the App remains usable but AI features are switched off and
nothing is transmitted. You can turn them on later at any point.
What is sent, and to whom, is set out in full in our Privacy Policy. In summary:
your message text and any attachment go to **Anthropic PBC**, which runs the
Claude model; if you use spoken replies, the answer text goes to a
text-to-speech provider — **ElevenLabs Inc., Deepgram, or Microsoft Azure**,
whichever is available — to generate audio. Your voice is never sent to any of
them.

## 4. AI Disclaimer — Important
**IMPORTANT: Tutto AI is a productivity tool, not a professional advisory
service.**
The App is powered by Claude AI by Anthropic. AI-generated responses are provided
for informational and productivity purposes only. AI can and does make mistakes —
responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.
The App is not intended to:
- Provide legal advice or replace qualified legal counsel
- Provide medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations or health decisions
- Provide financial or investment advice
- Replace any professional expertise or authoritative sources
Do not rely solely on Tutto AI for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical
decisions. Always verify important information from qualified professionals and
authoritative sources.
By using Tutto AI, you acknowledge and accept that AI responses may contain
errors and that you are solely responsible for how you use the information
provided.

## 5. AI Content Accuracy
- AI responses may not always be accurate, complete or up to date
- Translation results should be verified for official or legal use
- Summaries may omit important details — always read the original source for
critical content
- Image analysis may be inaccurate — do not rely on it for medical, legal or
safety decisions
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content
- Users with specific professional requirements should independently verify all
information

## 6. User Responsibilities
As a user of Tutto AI, you agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not use the App to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening,
abusive, or defamatory
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack or compromise the App
- Not use the App to generate spam, misinformation or deliberately misleading
content
- Not violate Anthropic's usage policies when using AI features
- Not submit other people's personal information without a lawful basis
- Be solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content

## 7. Intellectual Property
Tutto AI and all its content, features and functionality are owned by JXN Studio
and are protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual
property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify or distribute the App or its content
- Use our trademarks or branding without written permission
- Create derivative works based on the App
- Reverse engineer any part of the App
AI-generated content produced through the App is subject to Anthropic's terms of
use.

## 8. Your Data and Privacy
You retain full ownership of everything you enter into Tutto AI and of the
answers you receive. Your conversations, profile and memory are stored on your
device. We operate no server that stores them, and we hold no copy.
By using the App, you acknowledge:
- Your messages and attachments are sent to Anthropic's API to generate AI
responses, after you have given permission
- If you use spoken replies, the answer text is sent to a text-to-speech
provider — ElevenLabs, Deepgram, or Microsoft Azure, whichever is available —
to generate audio
- Speech you dictate is transcribed by Apple's speech recognition
- Subscription data is managed by RevenueCat
- Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy
- All other data remains on your device only

## 9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tutto AI and JXN Studio shall not be
liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App
- Decisions made based on AI-generated content provided by the App
- Inaccuracies in translations, summaries or image analysis
- Loss of data due to technical issues or device failure
- Any outcomes resulting from reliance on AI responses
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not
exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

## 10. Subscriptions and Payments
Tutto AI offers both free and premium tiers:
- **Free tier:** 3 free AI messages total (chat, translation, summaries, and
analysis) — a one-time allowance, not renewed daily. Voice conversations
require a subscription.
- **Monthly:** $9.99/month
- **Annual:** $99.99/year
Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and managed with
RevenueCat. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the
end of the current billing period, and your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours
before the period ends. You can manage or cancel at any time in **Settings →
Apple ID → Subscriptions**. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current
period. Prices may vary by region and may change; we will tell you before a
change affects you.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at

## 11. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tutto AI. If you are under the age of
majority where you live, you must have a parent or guardian's permission.

## 13. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the App at
any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where
possible. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the
updated terms.

## 14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior
notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App
will immediately cease. You may delete all locally stored data at any time by
deleting the App from your device.

## 15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Italy and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
